During the days of high tension between blacks and jews in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, there are stories about this guy deliberately going into the black neighborhoods alone dressed as a hasidic jew just trying to instigate a fight so that he could use his shit on people. Sometimes the tough guys like to invite a little trouble. But, then again, maybe this one just had an inner Hello Kitty.
